At Whrixxenchul, we strive to provide high-quality online painting instruction and ensure your satisfaction with our services. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and exchanges related to our classes and services. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Return Policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including individual classes, class packages, and any other services we offer.

2. Class Cancellation by Students

2.1 Single Session Classes

For individual class sessions, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the class will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

To cancel a class, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference number. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.2 Class Packages

For monthly or quarterly class packages, you may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the package start date for a full refund. Once the package has started and you have attended one or more classes, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused classes, minus a 15% administrative fee.

If you need to cancel a package due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness or emergency, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include transferring your enrollment to a future session or providing partial credit toward future classes.

3. Rescheduling Classes

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and move you to another available session at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Each class can be rescheduled once without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to a fee. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred alternative time will be available.

4. Class Cancellation by Whrixxenchul

In the rare event that we need to cancel a class due to instructor unavailability, technical issues, or insufficient enrollment, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer to another available class session at no additional cost.

If we cancel a class, we will make every effort to provide at least 24 hours notice. In cases where we must cancel with less notice due to emergency circumstances, we will offer you priority booking for the next available session and may provide additional compensation such as a discount on future classes.

5. Technical Issues and Service Interruptions

We strive to provide a seamless online learning experience. However, technical issues may occasionally occur. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending a live class, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide you with access to the recorded session or offer a makeup class.

If technical issues on our end result in a significant disruption to a class, we will offer affected students the option of a partial refund, credit toward a future class, or access to a makeup session. Technical issues on the student's end, such as internet connectivity problems or incompatible devices, are not grounds for refunds unless we are unable to provide reasonable technical support.

6. Recorded Class Access

Access to recorded class sessions is provided as a supplementary benefit and is subject to the terms of your enrollment. Recorded sessions are typically available for a limited time as specified in your package details. We do not offer refunds based on inability to access recordings after the specified access period has expired.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing recordings during your valid access period, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.

7. Refund Processing

All approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same credit card. If you paid by debit card or bank transfer, the refund will be returned to the same account. In cases where the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative refund method.

8. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to: digital downloads and materials that have been accessed or downloaded; gift certificates and promotional credits; special event workshops or masterclasses, unless otherwise specified; and any services that have been fully rendered.

Promotional discounts and special offers may have specific terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations. Please review the terms of any promotion carefully before making a purchase. In general, discounted or promotional purchases are subject to the same refund policy as regular purchases unless otherwise stated.

9. Transferring Enrollment

If you are unable to attend a class or complete a package, you may transfer your enrollment to another person with our prior approval. Transfer requests must be made at least 48 hours before the class or package start date. A transfer fee may apply. The person receiving the transfer must meet any prerequisites for the class and agree to our Terms of Use.

To request a transfer, please contact us with the details of both the original enrollee and the new participant. We reserve the right to refuse transfers in certain circumstances, such as when the new participant does not meet class requirements or when the transfer would violate our policies.

10. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have any concerns about a charge or wish to dispute a transaction, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account and denial of future services.

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action. We encourage open communication and will work with you to address any legitimate concerns about charges or services.

11. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the quality of our instruction and want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your first class in a package, please contact us within 48 hours of the class completion. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include providing additional support, transferring you to a different class level, or offering a refund for the unused portion of your package.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies only to the first class of a package and is subject to reasonable evaluation of your concerns. This guarantee does not apply to single session purchases or to situations where dissatisfaction is due to factors outside our control, such as personal scheduling conflicts or technical issues on the student's end.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under this policy where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

In the event of a force majeure situation that affects our ability to deliver classes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected students and provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling classes or providing recorded content. Refunds in force majeure situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Return Policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our refund and cancellation procedures.

If we make material changes to this policy that affect existing enrollments, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected students via email. However, it is your responsibility to stay informed about our current policies by regularly reviewing this page.

14. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise that are not covered by this policy. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants special consideration, please contact us to discuss your case. We will review each request individually and make decisions based on fairness and reasonableness.

Special circumstances that may be considered include serious illness, family emergencies, military deployment, or other significant life events. We may require documentation to support requests for exceptions to our standard policy. Our goal is to be fair and compassionate while maintaining the sustainability of our business.
